There were only 6 of us in the group, which meant the whole thing was relaxed and informal and gave everyone the opportunity to ask questions. the tour started with background to the winery, which only started in 2022 and has come a long way since. As well as telling us about the varieties of grape now grown, we were actually shown a row of each vines growing near the winery itself. we were lucky that harvesting was only 2 weeks away so vines were heavily laden white and red. Then process explained and a trip to the cellar to see wine stored in barrels and the bottling area. Lots and lots of interesting facts on history of wine production on the island as well as how it is produced and quality maintained. Tour finishes with tasting some wines and an aperitif they produce too, along with some nibbles. Excellent value for money. Well worth doing.

We had a fantastic time at Binitord. The vineyard is just a few minutes from Ciutadella but feels as peaceful as anywhere on the island. Our guide, Ana, was fantastic, and gave us a fascinating lowdown on the history of Binitord and of winemaking on Menorca, the winemaking process, the grapes and even the island's geology! Finally, the wines are superb and there is a chance to try the vermouth which is harder to find in the local shops. Make sure that you have room in your suitcase for some! Fantastic visit with interesting, delicious wine tasting

I visited and did a tour with tasting. I had a lovely afternoon! The tour was very brief, but you got a good feel for the care and tradition that goes into the winemaking here. It was a small group, so I was able to get all of my questions answered. The tasting was great too. It was a warm and relaxed vibe. There were very generous pours and the wine was solid. Mostly mixed. The vermut was definitely my favorite. To get there, I took the bus and then walked - I would not recommend that (30-40 mins in direct sunlight), however, would definitely recommend visiting if you have a car!

Brilliant tour of small, local bodega in very tranquil Menorcan countryside. There were two of us on the tour which was done in English and so the tour was very personal. Our guide Gabriel was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable, able to answer any of our questions. The wine was lovely and we were able to try all four as well as the vermut. Gabriel took us through each wine individually and explained how the process affects the final product. Would highly recommend.
