I highly recommend visiting Eccocivi if you are in the Girona area. This is a beautiful state of the art operation, valuing the environment and the original landscape. Cecelia was a delight. We opted for the 6 wine tasting and the food spread was fantastic (local meats and cheeses, olives, tomatoes, bread, etc). And the setting is perfect - outside, on a covered deck, with views of the vines. The resident dogs are a hoot - they have a lot of personality and bring a fun flair to experience. We went home with some fantastic wines and a memorable experience I will always remember.

A beautiful, boutique winery set in stunning countryside. We arrived late for our tour but were welcomed warmly. Guillem was incredibly knowledgeable about the winery and its history, and gave the tour in perfect English which was very much appreciated. The wines were all delicious and very different to the “usual” Spanish wines, and the terrace where the tasting is held has absolutely stunning views across the countryside. The local produce (cheeses, olives, meats, and breads) was delicious too. A very enjoyable visit - we ended up taking home a lot of wine and would happily come here again!

Fantastic tour for just of us. Guillem explained history of the winery, showed what’s inside, how they achieved zero CO2 emissions while maintaining absolutely gorgeous wines. Tasting menu consisted of 6 different wines, and Guillem told everything about them, which food to pair, how to drink and which tones to look after. Totally worth getting some wine at home after the tour!

Visiting this vineyard was the highlight of our trip. We chose the €35 tour which included a tasting of 1 rosé, 2 whites, 3 reds and a sweet wine as well as a pairing of cheeses and cured meats. Our guide Guillem was very knowledgeable and passionate about the vineyard which was started by Italian jewelry designer, Elsa Peretti. We really enjoyed our time getting to know the operations and about wines in an in depth but relatable way I had not experienced at any other wine tastings before. But the best part was the place itself. We came in April so everything was in bloom. That combined with the sprouting vines and the restored house made for a very scenic space to enjoy some great wines. We would definitely come back here again and hope to bring all our friends here. We also appreciated how easy it was to contact them and book the tour. They were very responsive through email and had a secure online link for payment.

The property is absolutely breathtaking. Nestled in a nature preserve, this winery took all the necessary steps to preserve the natural ecosystem and woodlands. Guillem was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable, and I learned so much. I liked learning about the land management they do there and we got a good explanation of the winemaking process. The tasting was lovely on a BEAUTIFUL terrace. The wines are top tier and we left with a few bottles to take home. 10/10 would recommend.

¡Muy recomendable! Realizamos la experiencia en el puente de diciembre y hicimos el pack que incluía la visita por los viñedos, la bodega y la zona de maquinarias, más la cata de 5 de sus vinos. La atención de Guillem ha sido fantástica, un guia excepcional, las instalaciones cuidadas al detalle y un “celler” comprometido con el medio ambiente. Los vinos exquisitos. Una visita muy completa ¡Volveremos sin duda!

This place is incredible! We stopped in fairly late, but the wonderful staff still let us in and gave us a tour. The tour guide and winemaker spoke great English and was very knowledgeable! He was extremely friendly, informative, and overall a wonderful host. We tasted a few of the red wines and they were definitely some of the best wines we’ve ever had! We will definitely come back the next time we are in Catalonia. Absolutely beautiful view, very eco-friendly and nature-loving.
