- "I am writing in as a regular customer who purchases around ~30 bottles per order. Customer service has not responded to emails from 24 Nov 2023 (order no . 733365). For this reason, I am writing here to feedback and also, request for attention for a resolution. In a recent order, 30 bottles were purchased, however, only 29 bottles were delivered. Per the request and correspondence with customer service up till 24 Nov, I provided evidence for the missing bottle which was not packed. There has been no response from customer service despite follows up on the next steps. Please could someone from the customer service department help look into the matter? I understand that operations might be busy and therefore, take time to resolve an issue. It would be ok to respond and advise the time needed to come back on the matter. As it stands, there is no response from Decantalo and so unclear if the issue is still in the queue for resolution or closed from Decantalo’s perspective with no resolution. Please can a customer representative get back with a solution? I rechecked the order confirmation email from 5 Nov and you are correct, the oversight is mine and it was in fact 29, not 30 bottles ordered."
